Hometown Heroes groups: active and veteran military, employees or advisory/board members of non-profit 501 (c)(3) organizations, fire and rescue, law
enforcement, medical professional, teachers and school district employees; $100 minimum opening deposit. Fees may reduce earnings. No minimum balance
required. Must meet standard underwriting criteria for loan approval. Up to $500 Home Equity Line of Credit closing discount with advance of $10,000. Up to $300
if advance of $0 - $9,999.99. Hometown Heroes program is available and limited to residents within the metropolitan statistical areas of Charleston, Columbia,
and Florence, South Carolina as defined by the U.S. Office of Management and Budget.
