Kirk Morgan has extensive trial experience in various areas of litigation. The primary focus of Kirk Morgan's legal practice has been lawsuits involving burn trauma, defective products, complex insurance matters, and automobile accident and injury claims.
Kirk Morgan is Board certified in the field of civil litigation by the prestigious National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is the sustaining member of the Association for Justice, the Southern Trial Lawyers Association, the John Belton O'Neal Inn of Court, the Lexington Bar Assocation, the American Bar Association and the South Carolina Bar. Kirk is president elect of the South Carolina Association of Justice, and will serve as president of that 1,300 member organization from August 2009 through August 2010. He is a frequent guest lecturer to various legal organizations around the country. Additionally, Kirk is president elect of the Melvin Belli Society.
